My name is Giovanna, I live in Texas and would like to tell you why you want to work with me. I have been curious about nutrition and how it affects our physical and mental health since I was very young. It has been a lifelong passion that took me to go back to school in 2018 to become a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association.

I come from what it is believed to be a very healthy, whole food, whole grains diet, eat the rainbow and all in moderation, with long workouts to balance the calories I ate to deal with weight management. Later in life, during perimenopause, I fixed hormonal imbalances using a Ketogenic diet. Through social media exposure and doing lots of research, and even be part of some social media challenges, I became carnivore in June 2019.

I live now at 95% carnivore, with some fermented foods, herbs, and occasional treats. What I have experienced since I increased my meat intake and decreased side dishes is that I am stronger. At 52, I am increasing muscle mass, better physical performance, younger-looking skin, no body odor, higher energy, periodontal health, a better sense of calm, and response to stressful situations.

Mi nombre es Giovanna, vivo en Texas y quisiera decirte porque quieres trabajar conmigo. He tenido curiosidad por nutrición y como afecta nuestra salud física y mental desde que era muy joven, ha sido una pasión en mi vida así que en 2018 regrese a la escuela a convertirme en Terapista Funcional en Nutrición a través de la escuela llamada Nutritional Therapy Association.

Yo vengo de lo que se cree que es una práctica saludable de comer, con comidas variadas y llenas de colores, con granos enteros y muchas frutas y verduras, todo en moderación y con mucho ejercicio para poder bajar o mantener mi peso por todo lo que comía. Mas tarde en mi vida, pude balancear mis hormonas usando dieta cetogenica. A través de exposición social, lecturas, investigaciones e incluso retos sociales, empecé a vivir Carnívora en junio del 2019.

Ahora vivo 95% carnívora, con algunas comidas fermentadas, hierbas y gustos ocasionales. Lo que he experimentado y vivido desde que incremente mi consumo de carnes y baje todos los acompañamientos es que soy mas fuerte. A los 52 años, he incrementado masa muscular, mejoría en el gimnasio, piel mas joven, no tengo olor corporal, mas energía, salud bucal y dental, un mejorMejoría en el gimnasio, piel más joven, no tengo olor corporal, más energía, salud bucal y dental, un mejor sentido de calma y mejoría en mis respuestas a situaciones de estrés.
