Have you just booked your first coaching session via Nutrition Hackers?
Here’s what to expect.
You should receive a calendar invite via email around the same time as your booking confirmation.
The invite will be set for the time and date you selected while making the booking.
Your coach will receive the same invitation.
Please add the appointment to your calendar.
Your Zoom link will be sent to you later directly by your coach.
If you haven’t received the link before your appointment, please check your Spam folder.
If it’s not there, please contact us and let us know.
Changing Your Appointment
You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours beforehand.
If you would like to change date/time of the appointment, please get in touch with your coach to discuss whether they can accommodate the change.
If this is your first time working with this coach, you will soon receive an email with the link to our first-time client questionnaire.
The questionnaire includes questions about your health, your diet history and your goals.
It will help your coach to tailor your session to your specific requirements.
Your Zoom session
Your coaching session will be 30 minutes long and will be conducted over Zoom.
Your coach will help you define your objectives and will suggest ways on how to get there.
There is no obligation for you to follow their advice and no pressure to sign up for future sessions.
If you would like a recording of the session, please ask your coach.
